Alicia + Ed tied the knot during their chic San Francisco City Hall elopement. San Francisco City Hall is more than just a government building – it’s a stunning piece of history and a fantastic spot for weddings! With its grand architecture, beautiful artwork, and spacious halls, it’s a dreamy venue for couples to tie the knot. Whether you’re drawn to its marble staircases or its impressive dome, City Hall offers a backdrop full of charm and elegance. There’s a reason why people from all over flock to exchange vows at this timeless building!
Alicia + Ed got married in the afternoon on a Monday, which happens to be one of least busiest days of the week at City Hall, for weddings and civil ceremonies. The busiest day is Friday, for those who were wondering, which makes sense as it’s pretty much the end of the week. It was so nice to feel like we almost had the place to ourselves!
They decided to keep things extremely private during their civil ceremony since they already planning a big reception party with their family and friends at a later date. With no other witnesses, I happily jumped into this role as well. With me as your SF City Hall photographer, you have a built in witness as well just in case you want to keep things super intimate, like they did. These two were looking so adorable and in love and had made my job so easy! Also, Alicia was seriously rocking that mini dress + long veil combo. I was obsessed!
